What should I expect if I work with you as my coach?
You can expect the adventure of your life.  I'll provide a thought-provoking and creative process that will lead you to the threshold of the life you love.  I will encourage you to claim your own courage to live the life of your dreams.

Do you work by telephone, email, or in person?
I will work with you by whatever means are most effective.  Email is often a creative way to make connections between what you do and why you do it that way.  Telephone conversations are usually our core communication technique.  For local clients, occassional face-to-face meetings can be invaluable. During the Free Discovery Session, we'll create an initial structure for our coaching relationship.

How frequent are the sessions?
An initial schedule of three weekly phone sessions with a week break in between is often the best way to start.  Sometime during the first two months we will evaluate our coaching structure and adjust the coaching to match your specific needs.

How do I know if coaching will work for me?
